Bike rental info
Deposit payment in cash only when you collect the bikes. Road bikes and e-bikes: 50 € for each rented bicycle. Other bikes: 20 € for each rented bicycle. Deposit will be refunded, when you return bicycles.
For rentals with a minimum of 3 days we offer a delivery and pick-up service to your accommodation. Read more here.
You may bring your own helmet, saddle and pedals along with you and we will happily install them for you.
You may store your hire bike overnight in your hotel, otherwise you may also store the bike in the shop (as long as it is returned before 19.00) and collect it the following day from 9:00.
The rental bike has to be returned on the last day of the reservation until 17:00. If the bike is not returned in time we will charge an additional day of rental following our price list plus a compensation in case the bike was rented the day after with the price of the bike we need to refund to the other customer.
We have a mechanic at your disposal within our opening hours, in case you require any technical assistance.
If during your ride you experience a more serious technical issue ie broken chain, a damaged bicycle or you are involved in an accident, we are able to offer roadside assistance. We will come to repair the bike on the spot, exchange the bike for a new one, or transport you back to your hotel if necessary.
We also offer a transfer service to/from your hotel or the airport at your request. For further information and prices please contact us via email.
